1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to PumpkinVine. This website and related services are operated by KILLARA SECURITIES PTY LTD (Australia). By accessing, registering, or using any services on this platform (including free practice rounds, paid challenges, and reward accounts), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Nature of Services

PumpkinVine provides simulated trading challenge services. All trading in challenges, practice rounds, and reward accounts takes place in a simulated environment using virtual funds. No real orders are sent to the market.

The platform does not act as a broker, exchange, or investment adviser, does not accept client funds for trading, and does not provide investment advice. Rewards are based solely on performance in the simulated environment and do not represent profits from real trading.

3. Account Types and Rules

3.1 Evaluation Challenges

The platform offers one-step (1-Step) and two-step (2-Step) evaluation challenges with account sizes such as 2,000, 10,000, and 50,000 USDT (as displayed on the website).

  • Two-Step Challenge: 8% Profit Target in Phase 1, 5% Profit Target in Phase 2; Maximum Loss Limit 10% (static); Daily Loss Limit 5%.
  • One-Step Challenge: single-phase 10% Profit Target; Maximum Loss Limit 6% (static); Daily Loss Limit 3%.

Maximum Loss Limit is static (based on the initial balance and does not trail upward). Daily Loss Limit is measured against the day’s opening equity, including floating P&L and fees.

Both the Daily Loss Limit and the Maximum Loss Limit are calculated on a real-time equity basis and include realized losses as well as unrealized (floating) losses on open positions. If the account equity reaches or breaches the applicable limit at any time, the evaluation or account will be considered failed and will no longer continue.

3.2 Funded Account

Upon passing the evaluation, you may receive a reward account with a default profit split of 80% (which may be increased in certain promotions).

In the 1-Step Challenge, the Funded Account has a Maximum Loss Limit of 6% and a Daily Loss Limit of 3%, with no Profit Target.

In the 2-Step Challenge, the Funded Account has a Maximum Loss Limit of 8% and a Daily Loss Limit of 5%, with no Profit Target.

3.3 Payout Rules

Only reward accounts may request payouts. The current cycle must meet:

  • Best single-day profit not exceeding 50% of total profit across profitable days;
  • Trader’s share of at least 100 USDT.

Upon approval, funds are transferred to your funds account, and the reward account balance is reset to the starting amount for a new cycle.

3.4 Free Practice Round

The free practice round provides 50,000 USDT simulated capital and may be started once per day. Profits cannot be withdrawn. Passing earns one entry into a prize draw (chance of cash or entry-fee voucher).

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following activities. Violations may result in account closure, profit forfeiture, or permanent ban:

  • Account sharing, third-party management, or coordinated trading;
  • Cross-account hedging or counter positions;
  • Exploitation of platform vulnerabilities, latency arbitrage, or high-frequency abuse;
  • Wash trading or other market manipulation;
  • Providing false information or violating applicable laws.

5. Fees and Refunds

Challenge fees are one-time payments with no monthly subscription. Fees are solely for access to evaluation services and are not deposits or investments.

If a challenge fails, the simulated account is closed and progress is reset. Users will not incur any debt. Refund policies are subject to the platform’s specific rules.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading in futures and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. Simulated trading results do not represent real trading performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The platform does not guarantee any profits and is not liable for losses arising from market movements, technical issues, or other causes.

Features such as Second Life are optional risk-management tools, not insurance products. They do not protect principal or promise returns.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the relevant services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and related materials on the platform are the intellectual property of the operator. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts and services, with or without notice, in the event of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
